How the estimate works

Draft rates: $0.08/g + $3/hour, $5 setup per request, $3/part support removal, $10 minimum. Geometry-based estimates include 15% material allowance. Layer height and nozzle diameter affect base time. Provisional time factors: infill Grid +4%, Cubic +8%, Honeycomb +20%, Rectilinear −5%; surface Rectilinear +2%, Concentric +5%, Hilbert curve +15%; seam Aligned +2%, Nearest −2%, Random +4%, Custom +8%. Factors compound. Extra walls add 3 minutes each; extra top/bottom layers add 1.5 minutes each per part. Ironing adds 0.003 hours per cm² of footprint, minimum 0.1 hour. These are shop estimation assumptions, not OrcaSlicer results. Custom finishing and other special work are quoted separately.
